Pond Plants: How your plants arrive...When ordering pond plants for the first time, most people are simply unsure of what to expect. How are they packaged? When will they get here? What will be the condition of my plants? What should I do when I get them? Hopefully we can answer those questions for you here. Since pictures are worth a million words, what better way to know what to expect than to follow an actual customer order with photos... Following Cheryl's Plant Order - Part 1The Order. Cheryl ordered her plants late in the afternoon on Thursday June 1, 2006. Her order consisted of: shallow water plants, water lilies, an oxygenator reef, and a floating plant. Processing and Shipping. Cheryl's order was processed, each of her plants was pulled and packaged. Her order was shipped on Wednesday June 7. Delivery. She received her plants on Friday June 9 via UPS. *Please note* Processing times vary. Although you could get your plants sooner, Cheryl's time frame would be a reasonable expectation.
